Baxter International Inc. (NYSE: BAX) has been recognized as a corporate sustainability leader for the 16th consecutive year as part of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. The company also has advanced a variety of newly initiated corporate programs to provide young environmental scholars with practical experience, support crisis intervention and suicide prevention for young people, and offset greenhouse gas emissions associated with its air travel.

Wellness Workdays, a leader in worksite wellness programs, has been selected by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health to conduct a $1.3 million worksite wellness study with BJ's Wholesale Club, the leading operator of membership warehouse clubs in the Eastern United States. The randomized, controlled study will evaluate the effectiveness of a comprehensive, strategic approach to employee wellness in a difficult-to-reach target population.

CVS/pharmacy, the retail division of CVS Health (NYSE: CVS), today announced the launch of its second annual in-store fundraising campaign to benefit Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), a program of the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) that supports innovative cancer research that will help get new therapies to patients quickly and save more lives. The in-store fundraising campaign, which features actress and SU2C Ambassador Eva Longoria, is part of a three-year, $10 million commitment by CVS Health to SU2C.
