Even as a 16-year-old restaurant host, Lacey Gearhart put her heart and soul into the job. And that passion for people – and Darden – has stayed with her throughout the ensuing years. It’s a driving force in her latest role as general manager.    'I just love Olive Garden. I love what I do … and I’m proud of our culture. I’ll be here as long as they’ll have me!'

Lacey is most proud of the annual event hosted by nine Darden restaurants throughout western Pennsylvania, in which they offer food – and thanks – to volunteer firefighters and others who make their communities great. Her inspiration – Mister Rogers – would be proud!
