Mark Oliphant, Global Impact, Selected as a 2012 SmartCXO by SmartCEO Magazine

(3BL Media / theCSRfeed) Alexandria, VA - January 10, 2012 - Mark Oliphant, Global Impact’s Chief Information and Operating Officer, was selected as a 2012 SmartCXO by SmartCEO magazine. The award recognizes executive management team all-stars who support their organization’s initiatives by supplying fresh ideas, making tough decisions and building strong talent within their companies.

Mr. Oliphant’s technology initiatives led to the implementation of an e-Giving platform for workplace giving campaigns, a customer relationship management solution and a data warehouse. These solutions increased data-mining and customer-response efficiencies to make online giving more user-friendly for campaign contributors.
Mr. Oliphant is responsible for developing nascent talent at Global Impact that has tangibly resulted in enhanced processes and leadership retention that increased productivity throughout the organization.
Global Impact’s practices resulted in a series of awards and recognition including a Charity Navigator Four-Star Rating for exceptional fiscal management for the sixth consecutive year, a distinction achieved by only five percent of rated charities; and Seal Holder status from the Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance, also for the sixth consecutive year for meeting each of the 20 standards for charity accountability.
