One week and a jam-packed schedule of new people, places and cultural experiences: this is the once-in-a-lifetime, whirlwind trip 10 associates enjoyed a few weeks ago.
As part of Kohler’s third annual Hospitality & Real Estate global exchange program, associates from The American Club® resort in Kohler, Wisconsin, traded workspaces, cultures and countries with associates from the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews, Scotland, for one week.
The program focuses on developing associates on both sides of the pond by providing them the opportunity to job shadow a colleague in their field and familiarize themselves with a different part of Kohler’s global hospitality business.
