KFC Russia Recognized as a Top Employer
KFC has been named one of Russia's 100 best employers, coming in 46th in recruiting firm Headhunter Company Group's 2014 rankings. The list of employers comes from a survey of more than 40,000 people asked to evaluate employers according to perceived employee satisfaction, loyalty and initiative support. Headhunter also considered each company's human resources efficiency as well as internal employee polls as part of its scoring process. "This is an extraordinary achievement for Yum! Russia being only two years in the Russian market," said Raisa Polyakova, Yum! Russia & Commonwealth Independent States, Chief People Officer. "It is a joint effort of our leaders and managers promoting Yum!'s unique culture and Yum! employees living company values."
