Peregrine Falcons Get Names, Bands and Checkups

GM Student Corps Adds Pontiac High in 2015
General Motors announced that Pontiac High School will join the 2015 GM Student Corps this summer, for a total of 130 students from 13 schools in Metro Detroit and Flint. Student Corps provides high school students with paid internships and the opportunity to give back to their neighborhoods through community improvement projects they plan and complete.
Buick Achievers Announces $1.18 Million in Scholarships
The first four-year recipients to benefit from the Buick Achievers Scholarship Program are receiving their degrees this year as the GM Foundation announced nearly $1.2 million in new scholarships of up to $25,000 a year for 50 students to pursue degrees in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math, or STEM.
GM Foundation Donates $75,000 to Nine Area Organizations through Plant City Grants Program
The General Motors Foundation donated $75,000 to nine nonprofit organizations in the St. Louis and St. Charles County areas today. These grants bring GM Foundation contributions to the St. Louis metro area this year to $150,000, to date.
