This is Rayonier’s Sustainability Report, which highlights the actions we are taking and the commitments we are making to enhance the long-term well-being of our investors, employees, communities, and other stakeholders. This report is an important part of our commitment to transparency around Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and how they are incorporated into our strategic and operational decision-making.

Within this report, we have addressed key ESG factors that are meaningful to us, our investors, and other stakeholders, as well as mapped our disclosures to the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) reporting frameworks.
