Health Alliance on Alcohol
Together with the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System and White Plains Hospital, HEINEKEN USA founded the Health Alliance on Alcohol in 2005 to help families talk about alcohol and prevent underage drinking.
"Children of parents who speak up are more comfortable saying no to alcohol and resisting peer pressure."
Most parents understand the value of talking about alcohol to their children—but many don’t know where, when or how to start. The Health Alliance on Alcohol offers online articles and infographics and the free downloadable “Discuss Alcohol” ebook series to help adults start fact-based, age-appropriate conversations with teens between the ages of 11 and 21.
