One of these employees is Arthur Skelskie, our Senior Vice President of Corporate Services, who has been a longtime volunteer and board member for the Cooke School & Institute, an organization that serves children with special needs in grades K–12.

Simone Andrews, an Associate Analyst in our RRS group within Moody’s Investors Service, grew up in Houston, Texas. She saw the devastating effects of Hurricane Ike on the Gulf Coast in 2008 and of Hurricane Harvey in 2017.

We work with high schools and nonprofits around the world to help students overcome learning challenges and envision themselves in promising careers. Many of our employees serve as mentors for young people from a range of backgrounds.
