Voya Financial Announces Appointment of Howard Greene to LifeBridge Board of Directors

(NYSE: VOYA), announced today that Howard Greene, senior vice president of Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources Operations and Employee Relations, has joined the board of directors of LifeBridge Community Services. LifeBridge is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut, residents to build a brighter future.
LifeBridge helps people become more resilient by linking them to flexible, innovative services that strengthen personal capability, build skills and identify pathways to economic self- sufficiency. Each client receives an individual plan of comprehensive services utilizing one or more of LifeBridge’s four core programs: economic empowerment, behavioral health, youth services or social enterprises.

In his role at Voya, Greene is responsible for overseeing various components of the company’s human resources’ operations and employee offerings, including compensation and benefits. He is also active in his community as a volunteer for the local nonprofit Builders Beyond Borders. Greene holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from State University of New York at Albany and a master’s of industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
