PANDORA’s LEED Gold Certified Facility
Built in just one year, and setting new standards for the jewellery industry in terms of scale and speed, PANDORA’s green crafting facility in Lamphun is one of the most environmentally friendly jewellery-crafting facilities ever built.

The facility has been accredited with the Gold certification within Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED). LEED is a set of green building criteria established by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) as guidelines for environmentally friendly building design and construction. The LEED Gold accreditation comes from PANDORA’s strong focus on the environment within the facility, for example choosing low impact, often recycled, building materials and recycling a large part of the construction waste. Thanks to innovative thinking and design, the Lamphun facility also consumes 18% less energy and 45% less water than a conventional jewellery crafting facility.
