New Award Announced for Corporate Responsibility Professionals
Award to Recognize Excellence in the field of Corporate Responsibility
ORLANDO, Fla., April 16, 2015 /3BL Media/ – ACCP announced today the creation of the Ignite Impact award. This award will be given to a corporate responsibility professional whose innovative approach to aligning business with societal challenges results in meaningful change. The first recipient of the Ignite Impact award will be awarded at ACCP: The Conference 2016 being held in San Diego, CA on March 20-23, 2016.
The Ignite Impact award is the highest award bestowed on an individual by ACCP. It will recognize an individual’s contribution in the field of corporate responsibility leading to community and business impact.
“There are multiple awards that recognize organizations for their corporate contributions and philanthropic efforts,” said Mark Shamley, President and CEO of ACCP.
“The Ignite Impact Award was established to recognize and honor an individual in the field of corporate philanthropy for their role in creating positive change.”
Nominations for the Ignite Impact award will open on April 20, 2015. Nominations must be received by September 30, 2015. The ACCP Award Committee will review all nominations and award finalists will be announced on November 2, 2015. The finalists and the award recipient will be honored at ACCP: The Conference 2016.
