New App Connects Conscious Consumers and Ethical Sellers

We have reported here that consumer demand for ethical goods and services is on the rise; the latest data on consumer behavior confirms this upward trend. According to recent findings by Nielsen, in the past year sales of consumer goods from brands with a demonstrated commitment to sustainability have grown more than four percent globally, while those who do not show any commitment have grown less than one percent. The survey company also found that 66 percent of consumers are willing to pay more for sustainable brands, up from 55% in 2014 and 50% in 2013.
