Mars New Zealand Ranked Top In IBM Kenexa Best Place To Work Awards
Awarded this prestigious accolade for the 6th time in 8 years
NEW ZEALAND, November 14, 2014 /3BL Media/ - Mars NZ announced it has won the medium to large category in the IBM Kenexa Best Workplace Awards for 2014.
The IBM Kenexa Best Workplace Awards is New Zealand’s longest running workplace study, which identifies the nation’s ‘best places to work.’ The voting was conducted by over 32,000 employees from 228 New Zealand organizations, across five employee size categories: Small, Small-Medium, Medium-Large, Large and Enterprise. The criterion was based around leadership, culture, recognition and engagement.
Mars NZ was voted as the number one company in the ‘medium to large category,’ which it has now won for the 6th time since 2006. This coincides with Mars NZ also being the recipient of the ‘Five Year League Award’, which recognizes companies that have consistently ranked as a finalist in any category for five or more years.
