The “Happy Trainees” survey with a panel of 12,000 French grads elected Mars as best place to be a trainee

The survey, called “Happy Trainees”, has been conducted by meilleures-entreprises.com, and involves a panel of 12,000 French graduates scoring the biggest companies in five categories – the opportunities for progression, the working environment, the management, the motivation, the pride and the pleasure.
Mars France is positioned ahead of Danone, L’Oréal, Microsoft, Nestlé and many other multinational companies. The full ranking was also featured in national French newspaper, le Figaro.
