We’re proud to share the personal journey of Perseverance, a Principal employee who participated in one of these programs -Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates (iJAG). Perseverance talks about her experiences of being a high school student facing challenges, to the lasting impact the support of iJAG and Principal has had on her and her son’s life, to becoming a mentor and a leader in her own right.
