Franklin Templeton Celebrates 75th Anniversary During Impact Week
The week of November 14 marks Franklin Templeton’s 75th Anniversary – an important date in the firm’s history. Community engagement has long been a part of the company’s core values and it’s fitting to celebrate this important milestone by giving back to our communities.
Franklin Templeton has planned Impact Week as part of the anniversary celebration. During the special week, there will be several global 75 - themed charitable initiatives for employees to engage with colleagues and in their communities.
Top global initiatives include:
- $75,000 in donations to charities: Employees will vote to select three organizations to receive a donation of US$25,000.
- 7,500 trees planted: Franklin Templeton will sponsor the planting of 7,500 new trees around the world where they are needed most.
- 75 simple ways to make an impact: a call-to-action for all employees to easily participate in Impact Week. It’s a selection of simple ways for employees to give back including community service, acts of kindness, and green environmental actions.
