In a plenary address at the BSR Conference 2015, Denise Morrison, CEO of Campbell Soup Company, highlighted how leadership and purpose create resilience in business.

"As the leader of Campbell's, I know we can make a profit and make a difference. I’m personally committed to modeling resiliency in our business, through our leaders driven by leading with purpose," said Morrison. 

Following her address, Morrison joined a conversation with BSR's Senior Vice President of Advisory Services Eric Olson, and answered live questions from BSR Conference participants and Twitter.

The BSR Conference 2015, which took place November 3-5 in San Francisco, gathered sustainability leaders from business, government, and civil society to explore the theme of “Resilient Business, Resilient World.”
