Antis Roofing & Waterproofing

Antis Roofing & Waterproofing’s guiding principle is to “err on the side of generosity’ with all its stakeholders. As a small, single-location business operating in Orange County, California, Antis’ mission is to differentiate itself through corporate citizenship.

Its commitment to service permeates throughout the company. In 2016, Antis gave its stakeholders more than 2,300 charitable giving cards that can be redeemed by any qualified charity in the U.S. Its 90 employees also donated 693 hours of labor to install the roofs of eight new homes built by Habitat for Humanity, performed more than 100 roof leak repairs, and provided 10 large-scale roof maintenance and replacement projects.

Antis believes—and has proved—that the more it gives the more it grows.

Berkshire Bank

Berkshire Bank’s purpose is to help individuals and communities realize life’s exciting moments. The company is committed to making a difference—whether through philanthropy, environmental efforts, or its nationally acclaimed XTEAM employee volunteer program.

The company’s philanthropic efforts focus on housing development, workforce development, and entrepreneurship. Its environmental program—AMEB Green—works to reduce paper and energy consumption while engaging stakeholders in ventures that positively affect the environment.

Berkshire Bank understands that its people are its most powerful asset—and leverages that power to help transform communities. The company’s XTEAM employee volunteer program empowers and engages employees while recruiting and retaining top talent. One-hundred percent of Berkshire Bank employees participate on the XTEAM program in service projects that impact communities.

Cotopaxi

Cotopaxi, the benefit corporation, creates outdoor products based on the notion of making a positive impact in the world. The company believes in good design, good deeds, and a good relationship with its employees, customers, and communities. Its mantra is aptly “gear for good.”

Cotopaxi strives for minimal waste, using remnant materials in new product designs. This enables the company to decrease its environmental impact and increase its production yields. The company also commits 2% of its annual revenue providing grants to nonprofits working to eradicate poverty through improving education, health, and wellness.

The company’s mission isn’t only to do good but to inspire good. In leading by example, it hopes to encourage others to get active, go outside, and make a positive impact on the world around them.
