As many of us have already observed, it’s imperative that employee giving programs appeal specifically to Millennials – young adults in their 20s and early 30s who are becoming an increasing substantial part of our workforce.
Today’s young adults operate entirely differently than the generations that came before them. Millennials have grown up in an age where they have instant access to quality information, which has enabled them to have a profound impact on the world around them.
