The award honors the outstanding efforts of an individual who has exhibited leadership and commitment to fostering public awareness and understanding of the chemical industry.
Babe will receive the award at The Vanguard Award Dinner and Ceremony on May 2, 2011, at the Westin Washington D.C. City Center.
