Bard MBA to Host Live Podcast - 98% of All Clothes Are Made Overseas

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y., February 3, 2016 /3BL Media/ - The Bard MBA in Sustainability  will host a live discussion, "Certifying Sustainability and Transparency in Local Economies" with Eric Henry, President of TS Designs, on the dial-in podcast, Sustainable Business Fridays, Friday, February 5th, at 12pm EST. 

"98% of all clothing is made overseas," says Eric Henry, President of TS Designs. TS offers the most sustainable t-shirts and printing options on the planet, made in North Carolina. They follow a “dirt to shirt” philosophy, using organic cotton, recycled materials, and water-based inks. They also use on-site solar, wind, and compost energy to power much of their facilities.

Despite the fact that Eric grew up in a large city, he has had a heart for farming and gardening since he was a child. Bard MBA in Sustainability hosts Sustainable Business Fridays, a dial-in podcast series, twice monthly at 12pm EST. The podcast features Bard MBA students interviewing sustainability leaders from organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups to regional non-profits. BARD MBA IN SUSTAINABILITY 
 
The  Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability  offer masters programs in  Environmental Policy,  Climate Science and  Policy, and Sustainable Business.  The Bard MBA in Sustainability is a hybrid, low-residency program based in New York City.
