An example: when a global concrete company wanted to strengthen their business strategy prior to acquisition, they approached Wiithaa to facilitate a Circulab workshop.

Participating teams collaborated to develop a variety of new approaches including to upcycle materials from demolished buildings as well as to optimize payload and flow of concrete to and from building sites in real-time.

Circulab also helped the team identify cross-sector partnerships with contractors, suppliers, city planners and residents to accelerate positive outcomes.
