2016 Sodexo Future Chefs Competition - Featured Chef Madysun Christensen

As part of the Sodexo 2016 Future Chefs competition, today we are featuring Madysun Christensen. Madysun comes to us from Elk Run Elementary school in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is currently a 4th grader. For her healthy breakfast, Madysun is going to show us how to make what she likes to call a “Boil-in-a-bag Omelet.” For this particular Omelet, Madysun will take a zip-loc bag and add the egg mixture and all of our favorite omelet toppings to make a truly fluffy breakfast treat. Madysun says what she loves about this recipe is that it is fun for kids and it is something her family loves to do when they go camping!
