2015 Sodexo Future Chefs Competition - Featured Chef Allison Mitchell

As part of Sodexo’s Future Chefs: Healthy After-School Snack Challenge each day this week, we are featuring one of the 5 national finalists. Today’s finalist is Allison Mitchell of Floresville Elementary School South in Floresville, Texas. Allison is a 4^th grader. Her recipe rightly titled “Allison’s Fruit Kabob. In describing her recipe, Allison simply states “It’s a fun, easy and healthy snack!” She also said what drove her to compete in Future Chefs was in the competition last year and had a lot of fun!
