Sodexo, a food services and facilities management company, announced today that it has been recognized as an AVA Digital Award winner, sponsored and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), for Florida State University’s SodexoMyWay Dining Website. The website was one of 2,500 entries submitted throughout the world and was chosen as a 2018 Gold Winner for its outstanding achievement in digital communication.
Brown-Forman Corporation received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. Brown-Forman joins the ranks of 609 major U.S. businesses which also earned top marks this year. This is the eighth consecutive year Brown-Forman has received a perfect score.
Brown-Forman Corporation was named one of the best-managed U.S. companies in the first-ever list of well-run businesses by the Drucker Institute, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. Brown-Forman ranked 37 out of 250, scoring five stars (out of five) for employee engagement and four stars (out of five) for customer satisfaction, innovation, social responsibility, and financial strength.

Repeating last year’s appearance on the preeminent list of global corporate leaders, Las Vegas Sands has been named one of the “World’s Most Admired Companies” in Fortune’s annual roundup of the world’s most respected and reputable businesses, as judged by industry peers, analysts and leaders on criteria including innovation, people management and social responsibility.
The ranking is based on publicly disclosed data from 2016 based on up to 17 key performance indicators (KPIs) covering environmental, social and governance relative to company peers. A total of 5,994 publicly listed companies with gross revenue of minimum USD 1 billion have been analyzed, encompassing all sectors and industries. The global 100 companies come from 22 countries, where Essity is one of five Swedish companies on the list.
Northern Trust announced today that it is one of 104 companies included in Bloomberg’s first sector-neutral Gender-Equality Index (GEI).
For inclusion in the index, Northern Trust submitted a survey created by Bloomberg in partnership with third-party groups including Catalyst, Women’s Word Banking, Working Mother Media, National Women’s Law Center, and National Partnership for Women & Families. Those included on this year’s index scored at or above Bloomberg’s global threshold to reflect disclosure and the achievement or adoption of best-in-class statistics and policies.
