Reggie Van Lee Speaks to AAFEA on “Building Coalitions”
Booz Allen Executive Vice President Reggie Van Lee delivered the keynote address at the 11th Annual African American Federal Employees Association (AAFEA) Training Workshop Monday, September 14 in Bethesda, MD.
AAFEA, Inc. was founded in February 2002 by a dedicated cadre of African American members of the Federal Senior Executive Service to promote the professional development and advancement of African Americans into and within the senior ranks of the United States Government.

Van Lee leads Booz Allen’s commercial business. Previously, he led Booz Allen’s federal and commercial health businesses, and the not-for-profit business. He has deep expertise in building the organizational capabilities that make his clients resilient to potential shocks to mission accomplishment and growth. For 28 years, he has helped numerous private and public organizations transform to better achieve their missions.
