John W. Arvanitis

Director, Client Success & Onboarding

John Arvanitis is the Director, Client Success & Onboarding for 3BL. John's fascination with the business case for sustainability began at Western New England University where they studied Sustainability with a focus in Marketing and Management. Since graduating, John has worked for sustainable energy cooperatives, nonprofit arts organizations, and a startup cultural magazine.

When away from the desk, John is reading, listening to podcasts, playing video games and writing for publications like Different Leaf, Juxtapoz Magazine and Boston Art Review.

Briana Alexander

VP of Revenue

Briana leads the sales team in developing new business opportunities to generate revenue. Her past experiences include sales roles at Cision, PR Newswire and FierceMarkets, where she assisted clients looking to increase their exposure and audience reach through their communications efforts. Prior to sales, Briana traveled the world performing as a vocalist on cruise ships for several years. Briana currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband Matt, daughter Navy, son Banks and puppy Valerie!
 

 

Dave Armon

Executive Vice Chairman

Dave joined 3BL Media in 2014, serving first as CMO and a member of our board. A former journalist, he spent 20 years at PR Newswire, where he was president and COO. His experience in marketing and PR software includes developing the social media monitoring platform Techrigy (sold to Alterian), PR workflow platform dna13 (sold to CNW Group) and broadcast intelligence platform Critical Mention. A New Yorker, Dave enjoys mentoring young professionals, travel, Scrabble and swimming.

Sanjay Arora

Accounts Payable Representative

Sanjay joined 3BL Media in Feb’2023. He is a ‘B.com graduated’ & a ‘Chartered Accountant’ with experience in Accounts Payable and Customer Relationship Management of Manufacturing Industry and Real Estate Industry respectively. Michele Baldi

Content Specialist

Michele is a Content Specialist at 3BL Media. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University where she studied Environmental Analysis and Policy. She worked for an environmental sustainability consulting firm in Los Angeles before joining 3BL Media. She now lives in Massachusetts. In her free time she enjoys running outside and reading.

Himanshu Bhatia

Accounting Manager

Himanshu joined 3BL Media in 2018, serving as a Senior Finance Manager. He is a B.Com graduated & a fellow chartered accountant with experience in global financial services, FMCG and entertainment industry. He has extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reforecasting and refinancing activities. Extremely professional with capability to coach and mentor globally-distributed teams, facilitate global client interactions, and effectively liaise between technical, business, and project management functions. Originally from India, He is based in Faridabad where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Amaya Blanding

Business Development Representative

Amaya Blanding Graduated from Towson University with a Minor in Marketing. 

After graduating I became a Sales Development Representative at memoryBlue, while contracting for 3BL, being at memoryBlue I became passionate about sustainability and the industry of ESG. After 8 months of working at memoryBlue I then got promoted to work internally with 3BL.

Katie Buckland Weiss

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Katie Buckland Weiss, EVP of Business Development

Katie has led the 3BL Media sales effort since 2010 and brings enthusiasm and expertise to the team from Texas. She holds a degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and has a background in public policy, nonprofit fundraising and internal corporate responsibility. Beyond 3BL, Katie’s many labels include Longhorn football fan, horrible yet passionate car singer, wheaten terrier lover and her favorite—mom!

Carreen Cook

Content Specialist Manager

Carreen Cook is the Content Specialist Manager at 3BL Media. Before working at 3BL, she was the Website Supervisor for an online retailer where she wrote copy and created product pages. In her free time she knits, gardens, and cares for her quirky pets.

Courtney Dean

Content Specialist

Courtney is a UK-based Content Specialist at 3BL, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Prior to joining 3BL, she worked for an online press release distribution service as part of the operations team. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys horse riding and outdoor adventures with her dog, Atari.

Ryan DePesa

Senior Content Specialist, Technology Administrator

Ryan attended Bryant University and Western New England University where he studied Marketing and Communications. A former GameStop Store Manager and Schedule Planner at Apple, he is now applying his attention to detail at 3BL Media as a Senior Content Specialist, Technology Administrator. 

Ryan grew up in Massachusetts and has lived in downtown Northampton for over a decade. He enjoys hiking in New England, watching stand-up comedy and he practices meditation daily. 

Alicia Dessereau

Client Success Manager

Alicia Dessereau is a Client Success Manager for 3BL Media. She has a broad range of experience from retail marketing to assisted living sales and marketing. In her free time, she is a runner and loves to be active, is a floral designer, and enjoys spending time with her dog. 

Zoe Dickinson

Account Manager

Zoe is a Account Manager for 3BL responsible for managing the Core accounts building and maintaining client relationships. Based in the UK, she previously worked for the online press release distribution service, RealWire.

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys adrenaline adventures, exploring new foods and being with her loved ones.

Tanita Gaither

Audience Development Manager

Tanita is an experienced journalist, editor, audience, and social media leader with over a decade of experience in local TV, national news online, public relations, digital advertising, and marketing. She is currently the Audience Development Manager for 3BL and TriplePundit.

Before joining the 3BL team, Tanita worked at The Messenger as the Managing Editor of Audience Development; before joining that newsroom in 2023, she was the first Deputy Editor of Audience at Business Insider, leading a team of 20 senior editors and producers in curating content and implementing growth strategies across multiple social media platforms and viewer screens. Tanita has also spent years as a manager, leading digital news teams at WTVM News Leader 9 in Columbus, GA, and WIS News 10 in Columbia, SC. Tanita has also worked at Courier Newsroom, Flock and Rally, and the National News Desk at Raycom Media, now Gray Television.

Tanita is a Georgia native and a proud graduate of the University of Georgia (BA Communications Studies '11). She resides in Columbia, SC, with her partner, Cody, and her two lovable dogs, Ramona and Jack. An avid member of #booktok, she enjoys reading, writing, shopping, and getting overly excited about tattoos and vinyl records.

Samantha Goodman

Senior Account Executive

Samantha has over a decade of sales experience, and is a passionate and driven professional who specializes in SaaS sales with proven success in both new business and account management. Her past experiences include sales roles at Cision, PR Newswire and Firstup where she worked with Fortune 100 companies across various sectors, such as marketing, HR, and Comms to increase internal and external brand
awareness.
Samantha currently resides in Cleveland, Oh with her husband Doug and her two sons Oliver and Jackson. In her free time she enjoys yoga, running and the occasional Netflix binge.

Emily Gosling

Distribution Director

As Distribution Director, Emily is responsible for building and maintaining 3BL Media's unrivalled distribution network. As part of this she looks after our existing affiliate relationships and identifies new partnerships to strategically expand our reach to key audiences.

Emily helps demonstrate to clients the value and reach of our platform by supplying the Sales and Marketing teams with relevant information about our distribution network. And by identifying additional distribution opportunities, she  also helps bolster the 3BL brand via these partnerships.

Emily is based in the UK and when she isn't working she can be found watching a costume drama or spending time with her husband and cat. 

Taylor Haelterman

Editorial Assistant

Taylor’s work spans print, podcasts, photography and radio. She now serves as the Editorial Assistant at TriplePundit.

Growing up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula fostered her appreciation for people and the planet, leading her to earn an environment and science journalism MA at Michigan State University. She’s passionate about covering these topics through the lens of solutions journalism.

In her free time, you can find Taylor exploring Michigan’s natural wonders, listening to podcasts, or reading.

Andrew Hull

Client Success Manager

Andrew joins 3BL Media with years of retail and account management experience as well as a degree in Public Relations from Suffolk University. He is passionate about the environment and the impact that today's choices have on tomorrow. Andrew's hobbies include staying active, reading, and traveling as often as he can.

Michael Isopi

Client Success Manager

Mike is a Client Success Manager.  Prior roles include both Ford Motor Company and PR Newswire/Cision. At PR Newswire, he managed PR and IR accounts in Michigan as well as PR Newswire's automotive practice.  

Tracy Jeanis

Director, Business Operations and Compliance

Tracy is the Director of Business Operations and Compliance at 3BL Media. Responsibilities include, negotiating contracts, addressing budget matters and assisting accounting in AR and AP functions.  She is responsible for general business operations including all HR functions, payroll, travel and expense management. Tracy comes from the Banking Industry and worked at Santander Bank for 13 years as a Branch Manager and District Administrative Support for 2 Executives and 30 Branches.  Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two children and black Labrador Retriever, reading a good book on the Kindle, or watching a game cheering on New England Sports Teams.

Margie Kuchinski

Head of Marketing & Brand

As Head of Marketing and Brand, Margie shapes 3BL Media's brand identity through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive long-term profitable growth. She graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations from Champlain College. Outside of the office, you can find her ice climbing, skiing, cycling and hiking in the Adirondack High Peaks.

Vipin Kumra

CFO

Vipin Kumra is 3BL’s Chief Financial Officer. Based in India, Vipin joined 3BL in November 2016 as a finance controller and has led the finance team since then. Vipin is a Certified Public Accountant [US] and a Chartered Accountant [India] and has an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.

Jennifer Lindenauer

Chief Marketing Officer

Jennifer is a marketing and strategic communications professional with a successful career delivering results for organizations dedicated to social impact. She is 3BL's Chief Marketing Officer leading the marketing and client success teams. Prior to joining 3BL, Jennifer was Divisional Vice President at REI where she developed the vision and strategy as well as built the local marketing capability, a critical differentiator in the competitive outdoor industry. Previously she served as Chief Strategy and Marketing officer at GOOD and Upworthy, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Guardian News & Media as well as holding several leadership positions at social impact agencies, non-profits, and political organizations across the country.--

Mary Lorbert

Client Success Manager

Mary is a Client Success Manager at 3BL Media. She received a BA in Government from Smith College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. She is passionate about non-profit work, chairing the Board of Directors of It Takes A Village, which provides support for new parents and families in Western MA. At home, Mary enjoys knitting, reading, and adventuring with her family.

Kristin Martin

Data Engineer

As 3BL Media’s data engineer, Kristin is responsible for ensuring that analytical data from disparate systems is served up to consumers quickly, reliably, and consistently in a unified interface. Kristin’s data expertise include data warehousing architecture and implementation, data modeling, data analysis and visualization, and analytics engineering. Kristin earned her M.S. in Computer Information Systems, concentrating in Database Management and Business Intelligence from Boston University, and she also holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of Connecticut.

 

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and keeping up with the latest in current events and tech news.

Rachael leads the customer success team and has worked with our clients since 2012 to shape their CR and sustainability stories to reach target audiences.  At home, you'll often find her outside enjoying time with her family and pets.

Mary Mazzoni

VP Content / Executive Editor of TriplePundit

Mary has reported on sustainability in business for over a decade and now serves as managing editor of TriplePundit. She is also the general manager of TriplePundit's Brand Studio, which has worked with dozens of brands and organizations on sustainability storytelling. Along with 3p, Mary's recent work can be found in publications like Conscious Company, Salon and Vice's Motherboard. She also works with nonprofits on media projects, including the women's entrepreneurship coaching organization Street Business School. She is an alumna of Temple University in Philadelphia and lives in the city with her partner and two spoiled dogs. 

Stephanie Molhan

Director of Client Strategy & ESG Trends

Stephanie Molhan comes to 3BL Media with years of experience in nonprofit management and retail analytics. She is passionate about zero waste and seeks to make her own household as sustainable as possible. A graduate of UMass Amherst, she is excited to partner with 3BL Media's clients to help them achieve their goals. When she is not working, you can find Stephanie reading, knitting, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen.

Travis Nicol

VP of Client Subscriptions and Strategy

Travis is the VP of Client Subscriptions and Strategy for 3BL Media. He brings several years of experience from the world of digital news and advertising, and is excited to partner with 3BL’s clients in achieving their CSR goals.

A New Jersey native, Travis holds a B.A. in History from Ramapo College. He left the Garden State for Western Mass. in 2012, where he now lives with his wonderful wife, their spoiled cat, and what some might call an excessive number of books.

Mark comes to 3BL Media with many years of retail and account management experience. He is passionate about the environment and the effects that global warming is having on the planet. A graduate of Boston College with a degree in English Literature and Art History, he has a love of both literature and fine arts. When not working, Mark spends his free time playing guitar, reading and working in his garden.

Based in San Antonio, Texas. Alexes is 3BL Media’s Marketing Specialist. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a dual business degree and is currently a fellow for Venture for America. Outside of work you can find Alexes reading a book or hanging out with her dog and partner.

In May 2018, Sumit Sobti joined 3BL Media. he is employed working with the accounting team as an account receiver. He is originally from India based in Faridabad, Haryana where he lives with his family

Samantha Thibault

Head of Business Operations

Sam is the Head of Business Operations where she supports the sales and client service’s team by driving efficient and streamlined processes and strategy. She has been a 3BL Media team member since 2015 and holds a BA in Communications from Westfield State University. She spends her time outside of work following sports and her fantasy teams. She also enjoys the outdoors and finding new places to explore.

Emily Tuohy

Revenue Operations Manager

Emily is the Revenue Operations Manager for the Sales and Service team based in Maryland. She works across people, process, and technology to develop and drive a scalable and streamlined strategy. Her past experiences include time at CEB/Gartner, where she gave voice and meaning to data and at Morning Consult, where she helped build out their Revenue Operations team. When she’s not working, Emily can almost always be found listening to the latest Taylor Swift album, coaching a HIIT class, or enjoying the outdoors. 

Andrea Voytovich

Content Specialist

Andrea Voytovich is a Content Specialist at 3BL Media. She graduated from UCONN with a Bachelor of Science degree. Before working at 3BL, she worked for an international online retailer, most recently in Email Marketing, and previously as the Website Supervisor. 

During her free time, she loves spending time outside at her cottage in the rural hills of Western Mass, and indulges in many creative hobbies including jewelry making, quilting, creative writing, knitting, and glass fusing.

 

 

Alexis Wetzel

Sales Support Specialist

Alexis is the Sales Support Specialist at 3BL, where she has contributed her expertise for the past three years. She recently graduated with a MBA, complementing her B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations from Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and spending time with her mischievous cats.

Charlie Wilkie

Chief Executive Officer

Charlie is an experienced global executive with a proven track record of driving transformation and change in the Media and startup industries. He is currently our Chief Executive Officer at 3BL Media, where he leads the revenue, media, and marketing teams. Prior to this, he was CRO of HuffPost in New York, where he was responsible for revenue strategy and diversification across 13 regions. He also served as CEO of GOOD and Upworthy, where he achieved impressive success by increasing revenue 8X within two years. During his time at Guardian News & Media, he spearheaded their launch into the US marketplace and co-founded their global sustainable business platform. Charlie currently resides near London with his wife Holly, daughter Scarlett, and beloved dog Waffle.

Kaitlyn Wilson

Business Development Representative

Kaitlyn is a Business Development Representative based out of Arlington, VA. 

I completed my B.B.A. in Marketing at James Madison University -Go Dukes! I spent 9 months at memoryBlue before being hired on to the internal team at 3BL. 

I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader throughout her life, but now with her free time, she is learning guitar.
