At Leidos, we have always been deeply committed to the communities where we live and work, and to the planet that we all share. The solutions we seek not only transform business but improve the world.

Each year, Leidos publishes a sustainability report that highlights our efforts across the company to work towards this sustainable future.

While our greatest contribution to sustainability comes through the work we do for our customers, we are also focused on our own Next Level Leidos ESG Goals. ESG, or environmental, social, governance is a lens to look at sustainability and we have defined three beacons for our efforts: cultivating inclusion, advancing environmental sustainability, and promoting healthier lives.

You’ll see perspectives from our leaders, key accomplishments including that we awarded almost $2 billion to small businesses in the US, an impressive score on the CDP for our commitment to transparency and governance around climate change, a 262% increase in investments in employee health and well-being, and more.
