AEG Welcomes More Than 500 Children and Families to L.A. LIVE for Annual Community Holiday Party in Los Angeles
AEG Community Foundation awards 2019 macro grants to Heart of Los Angeles, Little Tokyo Service Center and Wellnest during check presentation ceremony at AEG Community Holiday Party
AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company, recently concluded its annual Season of Giving, the company’s holiday initiative that encourages its employees to engage in charitable activities in their local communities, with a community holiday party at the company’s global headquarters in Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE and the Los Angeles Convention Center on Dec. 17.
More than 500 families from the nearby Pico-Union district along with various Los Angeles County-based nonprofit organizations such as Hope Street Family Center, All Peoples Community Center, , several neighborhood Boys & Girls Clubs and others, enjoyed free ice skating at LA Kings Holiday Ice at L.A. LIVE, a full dinner service, holiday crafts and games administered by AEG employee volunteers, in addition to photos with Santa Claus.
To kick off the event, during the free ice skating at LA Kings Holiday Ice at L.A. LIVE, the AEG Community Foundation awarded its 2019 macro grants to three Los Angeles-based organizations, Heart of Los Angeles, Little Tokyo Service Center and Wellnest during a check presentation ceremony in front of the ice.
