LIXIL Employees to Receive PTO for Election Day

Election day is only one week away and this year’s election has implications for all. Given this year’s unique challenges, we want to help our employees to exercise this most important freedom. That’s why US employees at LIXIL, home to the brands American Standard, GROHE and DXV, will receive a paid holiday on November 3rd. We are fully aware the voting process is already underway across much of the country, however, we understand individuals may want to help family members vote, go drop off ballots in person or help in their local communities. How LIXIL employees want to spend the day is up to them, and we are fully supporting the voting process.

In the end, no matter the outcome, we will all come back together as citizens and friends, committed to working with respect as LIXIL colleagues.
