Workplace review site lists Mars as Among the Best US employers in Manufacturing & Production

The rankings of the ‘People’s Picks: 15 Great Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production list’ were decided by employees themselves in a survey answering 58 questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace. Of the 600 companies recently surveyed by 34,000 employees using the Trust Index© Employee Survey, 44 identified themselves as manufacturing & production companies.

Based on the world’s largest annual study of workplace excellence, it ranked Mars 22nd in the world’s top 25 best multinationals in terms of workplace culture. The list noted the high percentage of women in management positions with 38% of management positions being held by women across Mars.
