Comerica Makes Prom A Reality For Dallas-Area Teens With Donation Of Nearly 1,000 Dresses

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas in partnership with Comerica Bank hosted its fourth annual Prom Dress Extravaganza Giveaway.

Six Dallas-area Comerica banking centers served as drop off locations for the Prom Dress Drive, collecting 990 new or gently-used formal dresses as well as accessories from fellow colleagues, clients and the community during the month of February. More than 600 dresses were delivered to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, while Dallas CASA received an additional 350. Overall, Comerica has donated close to 5,000 to both organizations and other community partners in the last six years.

Each nonprofit hosts its prom shopping events for its clients, members and partners in March. Members of the Comerica Bank North Texas Women’s Forum assist in the setup of each nonprofit partner’s boutique.
