GP Cellulose is excited to team up with One Tree Planted to plant 10,000 longleaf pine seedlings this year.

In June, Georgia-Pacific announced it produced its 1 billionth EarthKraft™ recyclable padded mailer at our facility in Tolleson, Arizona. This was a monumental achievement just three short years after the product was introduced.

At Georgia-Pacific, we believe the potential for mass timber and Southern Yellow Pine in Georgia are exponential. We view mass timber as “the sexy calling card” of building with wood.

Georgia-Pacific has contributed $100,000 to Auburn University to help fund a new state-of-the-art digester that will give engineering students the ability to test and improve a newly patented innovation in papermaking.
