You have a VOICE. Make it heard.

Last month, Symantec and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) were joined at the U.S. Capitol by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Representative Mac Thornberry (R-TX) to launch the VOICE website – Victims of Internet Crime Empowered – a comprehensive, trustworthy resource for victims of Internet-related crime and the public at large. The launch of VictimVoice.org is the result of a two-year partnership with the NW3C and delivers on a key focus area of our Corporate Responsibility and Government Affairs Programs to improve resources for cybercrime victims, and to partner with non-profit and government organizations to help prevent other Internet users from falling victim to cybercrime.
The first tool of its kind, VOICE gives cybercrime victims a place to turn to report online malicious activity. In addition, cybercrime victims can use VOICE to access educational videos and step-by-step guides for preventing and recovering from Internet-related crimes. The website includes several valuable services and resources – most notable are links to partner websites, such as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) – a partnership between NW3C and the FBI. Victims can file complaints directly with the IC3 for potential investigation by law enforcement.
