ISEAL’s Codes of Good Practice provide a globally recognised framework, defining practices for effective and credible sustainability systems. ISEAL is currently revising and integrating the Impacts, Standard-Setting and Assurance Codes into one Code of Good Practice. By strengthening requirements around impact strategies and performance monitoring, as well as broadening the scope of content to address developments in due diligence, credible claims and good governance, the Code will better enable sustainability systems to support companies to achieve their sustainability goals.
In this workshop, we invite you to help shape the Code and the future performance of sustainability systems to support the needs of companies, from multi-nationals to small producers. It will focus on understanding the fundamentals of credible sustainability systems, how they can help companies achieve sustainability goals, and how they should be responding to developments in the sustainability landscape.
