BENTON HARBOR — Instead of just volunteering, more than two dozen Whirlpool Corp. workers took part in a team-building exercise Tuesday that simultaneously solved a few kinks for a nonprofit organization.
In an effort to put their training to the test, workers from Whirlpool’s North American Region International Logistics team spent half the day at the Southwest Michigan Community Action Agency’s warehouse in downtown Benton Harbor to evaluate the boxing-cycle process.
