Whirlpool Corporation has always valued the health of its employees. When we talk about health, we don’t just mean the numbers on the scale or the hours spent being active – although those numbers matter. Physical, emotional and spiritual health also matters.
Whirlpool Corporation’s HealthWorks program offers multiple resources to our employees to help them take control of their health and - most important – a support system when needed. Our employees spend a majority of their day with us at our manufacturing facilities, technology and global design centers and at our corporate headquarters. When an individual makes the decision to change their diet, quit smoking or commit to exercising regularly, a strong support system can increase chances for success.

Debbie came to Whirlpool Corporation in February 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in various arenas including corporate wellness, health care and educational settings. Currently, in her role as Senior Manager of Health & Wellness, she has responsibility for the overall strategy and direction of the Wellness program which includes: leadership engagement, all clinical programming including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), onsite staffing at all major US locations including health coaches, pharmacists and EAP counselors, services such as Lifestyle and Disease Management, and the over site and direction of the corporate health center. She also is also a key member of the medical plan team.
