Stacy Fawbush, Ecolab principal chemist, Research, Development and Engineering (RD&E), discusses the importance of addressing food safety in foodservice, including ways to keep floors and drains clean, general maintenance best practices, spill and biohazard management and the benefits of proper sanitation.
Stacy is a project leader in Ecolab's RD&E group, supporting the company's Institutional Foodservice business where she develops floor and drain sanitizing solutions. She also has held roles in Quality Assurance and in RD&E Quality, specializing in separation chemistry. Stacy holds a bachelor of science in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota.
