Yet, we are all somehow dealing with the recent fire tragedies that have permanently changed the game be it sourcing directly in vulnerable countries, new global requirements posed by your own customers or pressure from other stakeholders to address the problem. What should your practical action plan be to this sometimes overwhelming issue? This interactive workshop will build upon the foundations presented in the main plenary session on Factory Fires to allow participants to discuss in small groups real examples of possible solutions to figure out what may work best for your individual company or situation.
