Top Workplaces, Large: 3. Caesars Entertainment Corp.

Caesars Entertainment comes in at No. 3 on the list of top workplaces in Las Vegas in the large-company category.

“It’s a big honor and something we’re very excited about,” says Jamie Stratton, human resources director of its Las Vegas properties. “We work hard every year to ensure we’re providing a great place to work.”

Chris Smith, corporate director of human resources, says in the past year the company has focused even more on employee well-being with its onsite wellness center gym and access to quick care services with immunizations and physical therapy.

In addition, Smith says the company focused on leadership training and growth and development of supervisors, which translates to a higher performance of the people they oversee.
