Take Our Sons and Daughters to Work Day

Yesterday was "Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day." During the day, kids got a glimpse of the type of work that happens at GSK. Sessions ranged from robotics and electronics to packaging/marketing and finance. Also, a dance performance kept energy levels high and smiles big. Check out the summary video here. 

During the social media workshop we asked kids what their parents do. Then we asked the parent what they actually do. Take a look at these adorable videos:

• Brady tells us his dad’s job has something to do with selling vaccines... and stuff.
• Noah got the gist of what his dad does at work... he calls people and tries to persuade them.
• Jordan boiled down his mom's job to a simple task of going to meetings and sitting behind a computer.
