Sustainable Leadership in the Middle East – The Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Company Joins WBCSD
GENEVA, April 3, 2018 /3BL Media/ -- The Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Company (KDD) has today joined nearly 200 forward-thinking companies as the newest member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
KDD’s main activities include manufacturing, distributing and marketing of dairy, juices, ice cream and culinary products to the highest international quality standards. KDD started its operations in 1962 and has become the market leader in Kuwait. The company’s products are also widely available to consumers throughout the Middle East region. KDD is fully committed to sustainable manufacturing and environmental protection, while also being focused on nudging consumers towards healthier eating habits, hence striving to deliver its promise of “pure wholesome goodness”.

KDD becomes WBCSD’s first Kuwaiti member company and second member company headquartered in the Middle East. KDD is WBCSD’s twelfth member in the food production industry.
