Susan Henricks Tapped to Serve on Arbor Day Foundation Board of Trustees

ICAN Executive to Serve Three Year Term

LINCOLN, Neb., July 19, 2017 /3BL Media/ — The Arbor Day Foundation Board of Trustees has appointed ICAN – the Institute for Career Advancement Needs – President and CEO Susan L. Henricks to serve for a three-year term. Prior to becoming CEO of the leader development programs, services and events organization  in 2014 , Susan was the President and COO of NRC Health. Prior to that role, Susan held roles including President of the Financial Institution Services business of First Data Corporation in Omaha, Nebraska and  President of RR Donnelley’s Directories business in Chicago, Illinois.

Susan has served in several executive capacities with responsibility for the P&L, growth, human capital, technology and strategy. With more than 30 years in both private and public companies, her experience has shaped her ability to provide deep insight into key strategic and operating issues facing executive management and business today. Her expertise and counsel in these areas will greatly benefit the strategic growth of the Arbor Day Foundation.

Susan holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and received her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
