Supporting the Families of our Troops

In recognition of National Military Appreciation Month, my colleagues and I are participating in a virtual book drive for military families by donating to United Through Reading. United Through Reading is an organization that provides personalized videos of deployed parents reading stories to their children back home. Military children face big challenges, including frequent separation from their loved ones. United Through Reading helps military children feel emotionally connected to their parents, while also helping them to enjoy reading.

I am proud of my colleagues’ efforts and excited that AT&T committed to giving $2 for every $1 donated by employees and retirees in May, up to a total AT&T contribution of $20,000.

National Military Appreciation Month leads up to Memorial Day, a time to remember and thank those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
