SAP Social Sabbatical Pro Bono Partnership in China Creates Outstanding Impact

SHANGHAI, China, July 13, 2015 /3BL Media/ - SAP and PYXERA Global are changing the nature of cross sector partnerships in China. At the Business4Better China Summit on July 16 in Shanghai, PYXERA Global, SAP, and the Non-Profit Incubator will present insights into corporate-nonprofit partnerships and the ins and outs of cross-sector collaboration. SAP’s global pro bono program, the Social Sabbatical, implemented by PYXERA Global in China and many other countries world-wide, recently worked with The Non-Profit Incubator to provide valuable pro bono services.  

The TED-style talk, titled “Understanding the Keys to a Great Corporate-Nonprofit Partnership” will reveal how SAP, PYXERA Global, and Non-Profit Incubator partnered together through pro bono and why.  Presenters include:

• Ding Li, Vice President, Non-Profit Incubator

SAP’s Social Sabbatical gathers teams of high-performing employees from around the world to donate one month of their time and talent on pro bono assignments. This equips future leaders with first-hand knowledge of China and other emerging markets and builds strategic relationships through CSR. It also gives local enterprises and nonprofits access to leading pro bono talent in marketing, strategy, and finance at no financial cost.

Speakers will also introduce IMPACT 2030, a new private sector led collaboration to mobilize pro bono globally in service of United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.  SAP is a founding partner of IMPACT 2030.
