Sanofi US Named a Fit-Friendly Worksite
Recognized by the American Heart Association for meeting criteria for Employee Wellness
July 12, 2013 /3BL Media/ - Sanofi businesses across our U.S. organization have been collectively recognized as a Gold Level Recipient of the American Heart Association’s Fit-Friendly Worksites Recognition program.
The Fit-Friendly Worksites program acknowledges employers who champion the health of their employees and work to create a culture of physical activity and health in the workplace.
According to the American Heart Association, Sanofi received Gold Level recognition for:
- Offering employees physical activity support
- Providing/increasing healthy eating options at the worksite
- Promoting a wellness culture
- Implementing at least nine criteria as outlined by the American Heart Association in the areas of physical activity, nutrition and culture
