Cynthia Trudell, executive vice president and chief human resources officer - PepsiCo, recently spoke with the Saigon Times Weekly while visiting PepsiCo's Vietnam Business Unit. In the interview, which was the Oct.1 cover story, Cynthia emphasized the importance of Talent Sustainability as a business strategy and highlighted how PepsiCo is partnering with local institutions to develop talent.
Cynthia traveled to Vietnam to meet with PepsiCo's local leaders and associates – including members of the PepsiCo Vietnam Women's Council, participants in the region's Leadership Academy and local management trainees.
