Relive the Moment: GFSI Conference 2023 Executive Summary Released
PARIS, August 1, 2023 /3BL/ - Now more than ever, those responsible for food safety face unprecedented change. The executive summary of the 2023 GFSI Conference, just released, offers insights and strategies to help food industry professionals overcome the challenges.
The 40-plus page recap covers all the sessions of the three-day conference, which looked at ways to tackle the turmoil facing the food safety world amid supply chain disruption, climate shocks, and workforce shortages.
