“At its best, retail is more than just a way to fulfill our material needs,” said David Rawlinson II, President and CEO of Qurate Retail, Inc. “Retail is an opportunity to explore, dream and come together around shared ideas of what could be. In 2021, our team made tremendous strides on our long-term journey of putting our corporate responsibility vision into action. By leveraging Qurate’s ‘superpowers’ - our airtime, the reach of our digital platforms, our deep customer and vendor relationships, and our expertise in content production - we have been able to elevate diverse voices, improve the sustainability of our business, and have a positive impact on the many communities we touch around the world.”
“As a new member of the Business Roundtable, I signed the ‘Statement on the Purpose of a Corporation,’ a commitment by more than 180 CEOs to lead their companies for the benefit of all stakeholders,” Rawlinson added. “I look forward to building on this promise in the years ahead, working hand in hand with our talented community to co-author a brighter future.”
